Overview of Grit Bio's Immunotherapy Pipeline
Grit Bio is advancing multiple product candidates across clinical and preclinical stages. The candidates complement one another in modality and indication, together forming a next-generation T-cell therapy pipeline for solid tumors, hematologic malignancies and autoimmune diseases. With GT101, an unedited autologous TIL therapy, GT201, an autologous TIL therapy enhanced by membrane-bound IL-15, GT307, a double-knockout autologous TIL therapy, and GT719, an allogeneic CAR-iNKT cell therapy, Grit Bio is expanding the application of T/NKT cells in oncology.
In parallel, Grit Bio has established visionary presence in two complementary in vivo CAR-T technology routes: GT801, based on mRNA/LNP technology, and GT860, based on a targeted lentiviral vector. The Company has also used proprietary datasets generated from its extensive TIL sample resources and technical capability to train AI models that support the development of GT601, a neoantigen cancer vaccine.
